Tcsxyz I am a relative of one of the founders of both Isoray and Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation so I believe I am qualified to give an opinion. My relative was a founder in both companies so I have seen the progress and lack of progress from Isoray. I am not an insider with ADMD but please look at radiogel.com and look at some of the due diligence on some of the older articles, click on the tabs about radiogel and the technology. All my relative wanted was to cure cancer using medical isotopes! I will give the website to the company once it gets FDA approved. I do give you credit for bringing up Isoray's short comings in terms of sales, you are correct. Their marketing and sales are atrocious and have been very poorly marketed since the existence. This Radiogel is the game changer and the technology is so far advanced from Cesium-131. Look at the research report done on ADMD about a year ago, great information on the radiogel.com website. This is the game changer! Also, keep into account that the Brachytherapy patent, 8,821,364 covers both beta emitters and Alpha emitters (the future is with alpha emitters!). Once FDA approval happens, the company will not market like Isoray and will get one of the big companies/merger or partnership to take this to the level it deserves. I and my founder relative were so frustrated with Isoray and their strategy. ADMD will not follow as I do commend you on raising valid points, other than being from the same area, Radiogel is the better mousetrap and they will not do the horrendous marketing!
