Yeah .02 is nothing. The only thing that I can see that is a glimmer of hope is that we run like we did back in march, the only difference thus time being the properties are hopefully closed upon and can count on the revs of those already leased out. Last time we ran around 6000% at the peak, can we hope for a 10,000 percent run this time if deals are solid? It is easily possible, just need those properties with revs. At least a run like that puts us at a dime. Still not great but what can one do when the CEO screwed everyone.
