I know that there are plans on putting some systems on the rooftops there. It could be a large number of reasons for the delay. Some of reasons could be that the company is refining the product as companies with new products often do or zoning requirements that may cause a delay. In the Tesla announcement, the company said that some of their batteries might be available in 6 months and a delay related to a new product is not uncommon.
