The run in share price was only due to the anticipation of a real RM that would have benefited current shareholders. Once the details emerged, once the scam of "series D" stock became apparent, once the 1 for 2000 reverse split became clear, once the relalization that this was to only benefit a few insiders, thats what caused the TRO, the lawsuits, and the subsequent decline in share price and volume!

Those guys got caught trying to mislead the shareholders, caught trying to steal the company to enrichen themselves, now they have to explain themselves (and they are doing their best to not have to do that either!)

Who authorized the series D shares? Who authorized a reverse split? Who attempted to steal the company for $50K in new stock with a value in excess of all other shareholder series stock?
