I sent Jim an email asking a couple of questions that I felt would be of interest to the board.

Jim,

I suppose everyone is still waiting for word from the FDA, but I was wondering - short of a pr, is there anything you could respond to regarding any plans that are taking place now as far as financing goes to begin marketing and distribution once approval comes? Also, has there been any contact with, or meetings with, any type of institutional investors in preparation of the expected feedback from the FDA?

I'm aware you're limited as to what you may be able to respond to, but any reply would be appreciated.

We need to see what the FDA says. No matter which path they put us on, we will persevere.

And, yes, of course, we have met with institutional as well as high net worth investors.
