IF the convertibles are sold into the open market all at once, they will be absorbed as they have in the past. It would create a huge buying opportunity, for once the selling is done, the pps ALWAYS snaps back. It is not a death sentence as you say. I just wish the pps was higher on the conversion date so as less shares would need to be issued. However, that's all part of the game as you are full aware.
