WOW....sorry I even asked.

First, I was not asking for proof, just how that thought was arrived at....was there something in the financials????

Second, I never said I had any proof of anything on this subject, just that I was aware of a few situations where the restricted shares were issued, and not given to anyone....kept by the company.
