If they had paid a stock dividend instead of the silly F-share dividend then we would have benefitted tremendously already. Now we have to pay $15 for the stock, after tax.
Perhaps they are still considering it. Or a buyback. In which case they could start this year instead of next year. The thing is, they can't be sure about whether they need extra cash for the mega farm or not in a few years. Bertil mentioned little to no dilution. Well, if they can't be sure, then why not start this year?
