GUANGZHOU, China, June 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sino Agro Food, Inc. (OTCQB: SIAF) (also referred to herein as "SIAF" or the "Company") is an integrated, diversified agriculture technology and organic food company with principal operations as primary producer, processor, and marketer of protein foods in the People's Republic of China ("PRC").

The Company's transfer agent has confirmed that the payment of $3.74 per Series "F" Preferred share to shareholders of record will be made June 5, 2015.

Shareholders should allow several business days for electronic deposits or other forms of distribution from the transfer agent to register in their respective brokerage accounts or arrive at mailing addresses.
