Let's talk candid - In my Opinion of course.... But just some food for thought...

I have spoken to Shaun a few times during that period and apparently he told me he offered to the person he told me was leading these shareholders to simply pay for the costs of the company and he would gladly work with them. That person apparently declined. I don't know who that was but I do find it interesting if true.

So what you are saying is Sean was willing to sell the shell to the shareholders who actually own it, make a few bucks for himself and his handlers pulling the strings? Kind of like what they were planning on doing with this whole scam in the first place! There are so many other tickers out there that he could have pulled this with, tickers with shareholders who couldn't care less what happens, y'all picked the wrong one! This one has Texans that don't like to be messed with!

Answer me this, how would we still have our current EXBX shares trading on the OTC and at the same time suddenly have shares of CBG/VICT also in our brokerage accounts freely trading with our EXBX shares? It BS and you know it! Our EXBX shares would have ended up on the grey's if it all with no MM to put in a bid. Our new shares of the construction company would have been worth nothing, zilch, especially when the insiders dump the millions of shares they would have gained from this scam.

No thank you, I'll keep my EXBX shares that actually have a CUSIP number, that are actually tradeable (as seen on what rumours and speculation can do to the value of those shares) then let Jack and Sean make a few bucks at our expense.
