How about having the O/S updated regularly on the ECIG website, (under current share structure on Snapshot tag) that would negate having to phone the TA on a constant basis. I'm long here by fault but I just don't see how an ungagged TA can hurt the pps any more than is happening now? It just fuels uncertainty and stupid projections about what it 'could' be. JMO
