Im thinking the shell is being flipped in to something else.

I think from what I've been told you're on to something.

Revenue has gone through the roof since BKMP(essentially a foreign concern and subject to different timing/filing requirements first came on the scene.

This issue and 'straightening' out the paperwork(shares) plays a large part in the delays till now.

The ask price is what they call 'artificial' to insure no other deal takes place.
