We were saying nearly the exact same thing to excuse their lack of communication half a year ago...a year ago. The excuse we give them has not produced a positive yield for us. I don't think it's our job to explain away their behavior based on shadows and crazy tidbits of info. The overwhelming data screaming at us is pretty clear. They communicate as much w silence - sadly enough.



It definitely is a cycle that has repeated itself multiple times. The company has already spoken through silence. Some don't want to admit such.
