Waitedg - After you review a few of my last posts, I believe you will find that my understanding is that FASC will be revoked. Under the next chapter, I also believe it will operate as a private company for some period of time. Either BN will be able to get an increasing number of sales completed and re-register or perhaps not.

As I understand your argument, FASC will have zero value simply because it will not trade in the same manner as it currently does. Not attempting to compare the two businesses, by that same logic Dell has no value because it is private.

My further belief is there will be a lot fewer investors by the end of this year and as you are predicting the price to buy shares will be much lower. Will those that stay be able to get any value becomes the question each investor will have to answer for themselves. Risk versus reward.

From a FASC perspective, it still comes down to sales and will the current management be able to make those happen? Each of us will make a judgement, of course, and take action accordingly. As I said to you a few weeks ago, I will be happy to take your shares off your hands and based on your own thesis, for a fair price at .0001 per share.
