Read the filing. 195M shares in Feb and March. From 50 to 250 M O/S.

That's an interesting find in the quarterly. They claim 50.5M in the O/S Dec 2014. Add 194M, and claim an O/S of 239M. Eh, what's a few M off. At least management finally comes close to matching the TA. It's sure good they did that 100:1 R/S last year. Having 19.4B being added to the fray would have been sheer ugly.

Who did they issue these 194M shares to, and for what business consideration? Surprise they don't say. Where is that promised mythical Form 10, when ya need it? Shares have to be accounted for inside a Form 10. But for a non-audited OTC filing, anything goes. Note they claim after issuing the 194M shares, Capital Stock financing raised $12K. Maybe they should go back to issuing Billions? LOL
