There is manipulation in pinks ..there is manipulation on Nasdaq..hell even FINRA was manipulated by none other Bernie Madoff..when he was heading FINRA..infact even now.. then naked shorting exemption that he created for FINRA still exists now allowing peeps to illegally short stocks..
