I found out for everyone and as I figured the earliest they can update is next month some time, but the company would have to pay the NV SOS filing fee of near 8K to update. Since they have to update anyway in September which is require, that would be a total waste of cash for sure.

If people really want, they can order recent filings with the SOS, such as the AS increase and see that the CEO, Joel Bredow, is listed and signed the amending form. Those forms can be ordered right off the site I do believe.
