The latest S-1 a filing clearly states when and how IVXX will be sold in Nevada at all Medifarm locations.

FYI this so called dilution to build out Nevada has an item in it that some seem to forget about. The funding for Nevada will be sufficient to fund daily operations of all locations for FIVE Years.

So for .14 cents a share you are getting NEvada OPeration that is cash flush for five years...
