Of course it is Nad, it's called a pump so they can "Dilute" C'mon now you know how the game is played. I know the point others are making here and I'll agree when it comes to penny stocks at it's "Current Float" it's not bad we both know that but is still "Diluting" and fairly heavily at that but once the selling subsides it's a different outlook possibly.
