Its funny, because for the life of me I was trying to figure out why she was heading up this case as "just" a 2003 law grad. Obviously very accomplished, but the rest of the trial team seemed much more experienced. But now we have our answer. And trust me, if she did not have a good relationship with the judge, Mara never would have chosen her to try the case. Not saying that the judge will "fix" the trial in our favor because of their relationship, but common sense and human nature tells me that if there are close calls, they may tip in our favor.

Also, would be very interested in hearing from Flyers the composition of our jury pool. The fact that we have a young african american female may skew very favorably with female / african american jurors.

I remain cautiously optimistic.
