Top, waiting for a response from Pearl in reference to any future dilution. I stated it wouldn't make any sense whatsoever after doing these debentures if this action is to reduce the 30bn to 3bn. It would break its back. Far into the future if the stock price got into a range of respectability it would have to do another r/s. 3 to 1, 2 to1 and get it to a billion to increase it pps.
