14 weeks since the last sign of life.

OK, only 9 weeks since they told the SEC they would file the annual report 7 weeks ago.

Possible reasons for not filing:

1) They can't pay the auditors (although they stopped filing audited reports some time ago).

2) The Directors won't sign off on what Harry and Frankie want to file with the SEC, for fear the SEC will charge the Directors with fraud.

3) CYPW is no more.

4) They are in Radio Silence mode because their engine is now running perfectly, so perfectly in fact that they are about to sign multi-billion dollar deals with Toyota, GM, Caterpillar, and every other major engine manufacturer.

Although I'm sure #1 and #2 are true, I'm betting on #3.
