AMAZON reason stated here:

In my search to market a hemp infused beverage, I called two companies; THCZ and CANNA ENERGY.

Bear with me here. Here's the background:

THCZ refused to send me distributor order form(s) and didn't return calls. Even Shuman didn't return my calls.

CANNA ENERGY on the other hand, returned calls promptly, answered all my questions, and I talked to the CEO for 30 minutes. I am impressed with the leadership of CANNA ENERGY. I am don't sell for them. I am simply comparing response to querries per an interested distributor of their respective products.

In speaking with the CEO of Canna Energy, he stated that THCZ simply copied their product, and campaign, and was considering a trademark infringement suit-- to preclude the selling of THCZ products using the same images and substance, as CANNA ENERGY. Even the use of Uncle Sam poster in the promotion of THCZ products was a copy of the CANNA ENERGY marketing campaign. CANNA ENERGY came first, and THCZ simply copied their images.

This leads to several possible scenarios:

1. This may explain the change in product labeling(THCZ) to make the product sufficiently dissimilar to Canna Energy's product.
2. This may also explain Amazon.com dropping THCZ's products due to possible trademark infringement.
3. This may also explain why THCZ/Jerry/Shuman didn't mention anything about Amazon.com. If they were to explain why, and if the above were true, then the stock would hit before any possible litigation.

I ended up not selling either product because I am re-focusing on my own business direction; and this became one huge distraction.

But I am guessing that Amazon/THCZ and others are probably receiving notice via certified mail return receipt of possible trademark infringement--a violation against Canna Energy trademark interests. Canna Energy is privately held, however. It's not a violation of terms of this board, to discuss a comparison of Canna Energy, because that company is privately held. But the issue of possible trademark infringement is critical to the future of THCZ, and their access to the Amazon platform. Jerry's refusal to mention the Amazon platform deficiency has resulted in blowback. But he also may be omitting mention of a pending trademark infringement suit. But the suit may be moot if THCZ goes south to the point of dissolution within short order.

Yours truly,
