LOL, it is very simple.

Newco is not Collateral, so when the loan is repaid, nothing from Newco goes anywhere.

Newco covers the entire company at the time of the loan.

Newco does not include new acquisitions.

It really is pretty simple; it is in black-and-white in the Loan Agreement for those ABLE to understand it.

LOL. Those who cannot, may just suffer the consequences.
