What would cause MRIB, a company that folded up shop over six months ago, to pop? There's really no reasonable expectation of news. Brazil was clearly a ruse and a dead deal that never really was. Sales are abysmal down 40% in the last reported quarter. No new sales are being done and MRIB is late yet again with their financials and this time didn't even bother to file an extension. MRIB has no employees or offices. No cash. No marketing or advertising. Just wondering what kind of news can come out of a company that's clearly not actively in business or operation. What's more is the only news on the horizon is what MRIB does about $600K in notes payable that come due this month.

Short of a winning powerball ticket I can't think of any good news forthcoming for MRIB. The late financials are just a stall to keep the shares moving and suppressing the bad financial news giving the dump enough time before the PPS bottoms out. Heck, there hasn't been any news or even a meaningful statement from Margrit or MRIB since October. What would make anyone think we will all the sudden hear something let alone something good given the MRIB dire situation?
