Kayakzz, you seem to have a very strong dislike for the "Private Placement" crowd, but I hope that you realize.....if it wasn't for them.....Baltia would never even exist today.
Those who invest PP are the ones who actually inject capital into the company.....money that can be used to pay payroll and for parts and maintenance and for rent and utilities, etc.
Also, keep in mind that the PP players have a 6 month restriction on trading their shares, so they take on a hell of a lot more risk than anyone buying unrestricted shares in the open market.
If there is a spike....or a fear that something isn't right....the PP players can't take advantage of it or have to stand around and use their certificates to keep the bottom of their birdcage from getting too messy.
The PP players could be considered the heart of the operation and the people buying on the open market the blood.
Both are important, and Baltia could not live without either.
