AC - meanwhile I am the only one in the forum that reveled his name. I don't need to show an ID and definitely don't need to be on YouTube, especially since I will be suing Bion shortly if things don't change in the very near future.

Since we are not in court, I don't need to prove to you my allegations.

I supplied you guys more than enough docs, news articles, Edgar filing, etc so you can form your own opinion on Bion current Mgt.

I encourage you all to continue your own research and draw your own conclusions.

As far as June 8 is concerned, I don't think anything will happen.

Once Annon lawyer submit his motion this week, Bion will have 7 days to respond. The judge may give thereafter a judgment against Bion or will ask both parties to provide additional docs and the decision will be in 2-3 months. (I am sure we all agree that the sooner the better which ever way it goes)
