I don't know if Shell is/was drilling @ Bijupira and Salema in 2015, just speculating, but if so, it would have been planned and communicated with ANP long before the announcement of PetroRio to acquire Shell's fields. Also I assume capital costs arising from such wells would have been included in the acquisition price.
