Ok great he now longer says CORE its now long term investors

Maybe BS Schneiderman should include a disclosure so audience members know that his definition of "long-term investor" is simply "an investor who holds the stock for a couple hours"...

...it is actually very misleading and an outright false statement to state that the CORE hold 40M shares as the historical tape combined with SCRC's own SEC filings clearly show that its own resident criminal homophobe JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his fellow criminal CORE associates dumped massive quantities of stock repeatedly on numerous occasions over the past couple of years, each time single-handedly cratering the sp to lower lows.

...That entire page of the presentation deck reeks of desperation as it is painfully obvious that BS Schnedierman is attempting to paint a false picture of how low the float is. By definition, the float is essentially the O/S count less shares held by insiders and shares on restriction. Every TUT knows this, and easily sees thru BS Schneiderman's attempt to include any other shareholder group such as the CORE by simply identifying them as "long term investors".

This tells me that BS Schneiderman has prepared this presentation deck not so much for TUTS at the conference but as a propoganda piece targeted at retail because he knows that his paid promoters (Hello again, JOEY Z and CORE) will pump and disseminate this presentation deck onto retail MB's, and he is counting on the ignorance of most retail traders/investors and hoping that some will fall for these misleading statements.

After all, if BS Schneiderman truly is targeting TUTs with this presentation deck, then why even have Page 5 when Page 4 tells a TUT everything he/she needs to know about the capital structure? Remember, Page 4 already tells us that the A/S is 250M, the O/S is 139M and the Float is 73M.

And speaking of the claimed 73M Float, SCRC's own numbers from Page 5 don't even add up right. The 139M O/S count less the 33.3M held by Founders and less the 47.7M restricted shares comes out to a Float of 58M, not 73M. If the Float is indeed 73M, then the Founders shares and/or the Restricted shares number is/are wrong.

Also, Float is supposed to exclude ALL insider shares, not just the Founders, and we know that all BOD members hold shares, so why are their shares not included here?

Any way you try to look at it, the numbers don't reconcile.

also 10 million more dillution

Where do you see this?

From the most recent 10Q from Q3'14, it was disclosed that as of 9/30/14, the O/S count was already 136.2M. In addition, that 10Q disclosed in the Subsequent Events section that an additional 440k shares were issued from 10/1/14 thru 11/15/14. As such, the most recent (albeit very stale) info we have is that as of 11/15/14, there were 136.6M shares O/S.

So if this presentation deck is stating that the O/S count is 138.8M, this means that from 11/15/14 thru 5/21/15, SCRC only issued 2.2M shares, which is actually very good to see, IMO.

Shifting gears a bit, did anyone else notice that the estimated Q1'15 revenues number has changed? It was initially PR'd to be approx $9.6M, I believe, and now it is being reported as $9.1M. Not enough info/context to makes heads or tails out of this, but my gut tells me that the change most likely had to do with the same revenue recognition issues that are also holding up the 10K and Q1'15 10Q...
