That is a funny statement. The os is usually what is affected by an rs lol. They didn't raise available shares and they diluted a bit after which means when it ends there will be a good bounce. With news a much better bounce. We've all seen these move on nothing when the dilution stops from this spot to around .005 on nothing. If you haven't then you haven't watched even the last few weeks.
