If this is true, you should be able to find the passage in the Loan Agreement which confirms it.

But you can't.

Its very clear on the loan agreement.

And what kind of Collateral can have a sale forced on it 1 full year after the loan term is up?

Can you answer that? Do you have any documentation to back up your claims, anything at all?
