As far as next steps given the predicament OCAT is in... I think a sale is more likely for a low price. That will pay off all the poor business transactions including Caldwell and Rabin's billion shares.

As for us well hopefully we see our money as for me.... I will stay long in the hopes of seeing the fences, GLTA
