I don't know if I'd call BKMP a 'shell'.

It's more of a 'holding' company.

Right now according to my sources it's undergoing something of a 'buyout' along with some other negotiated settlement.

It's all pretty complicated but expected to be resolved around September.

If you're interested you better get your hands on a 'full service broker. It's not really available electronically and like anything else you can't buy what nobody is selling. All shares reside in somebodys hands.
