Another False accusation... Should I be thanking you for thinking that my information is so informative that I am a lawyer?!?
The irony of the comment....
So let me take a stab... Let's assume a person owned 1 Million shares of stock, at .0005 per share, that equals a grand total of $500! Most shareholders I would assume would own less than that and a few more....
So Instead some shareholders have Conned other shareholders into colluding together against the company. I would be surprised if they didn't make statements like, "don't worry you won't be sued" - and just to be sure that there would be NO value in the company they file a lawsuit to stop the company from entering into a transaction that would completely turn the company around, create 2 companies- paying the tens of thousands of dollars in auditing fees that Exobox is so desperate for and giving a cash flow positive company.........Therefore, someone(s) decided that the company would not complete this transaction and so they file a lawsuit to stop the company from getting current and creating a NewCo, these shareholders create an apparent $875,000 in damages ALL to save potential $500 loss.....
Someone should analyze the risk/reward of that deal!
AND THEN....
Hire a lawyer who is so talented she Misrepresents under oath on cases to the Court! Repeatedly!!!
A quick search shows the shareholders lawyer.....
Is this the only type of lawyer these shareholder could find to take this case?
