Spoke to John briefly from work. He said he didn't know where the 400-500 million OS is coming from. I told him its directly from the TA. He didn't seem to know any more than that what he was aware of or made aware of by company was 230 million. Still was adamant the share price will go back up. Said he was going to buy more himself, believed in MDCN. Didn't know when news will be out or what kind its going to be when it does . I myself am disappointed in the stock performance and do admit its kinda like a death spiral. We need a chute!!
