The thing with buy outs is that they will very often come out of the blue. If Sigma suceed the best thing for the stockholders (those who can wait for the gold medal) is organic growth for years and years. Buyout can happen in 2 years...or it can happen before the market opens tomorrow. Could be GE or Honeywell, and it could also be a company that no one even had dreamed about entering the arena.
