Hmm...not seeing that at all Perceptive. Company looks completely dead, the Colorado SOS lists them as delinquent since 2010, CEO has been suspiciously in the past very unwilling to reveal SS and is obviously AWOL and the s/p has dropped 50% since March.

Am I missing something? Would love to read your thoughts as to why you believe it would be a perfect takeover candidate. Thanks!
