Hi Tim and Richard

We already came to a very reasons settlement agreement that was breached 3 times by the company and they asked me to work with them and extend it time after time.

Last time was during the month of May (when BK was long gone), Bion had a board meeting with their attorney approving converting money owed toe for shares. (I agreed because I did see money coming in and they asked me to take shares instead). Carlos which attended that meeting approved the settlement.
In the middle of writing the definitive agreement, Carlos called me notifying that Bion attorneys stopped working on it because of unpaid legal fees!
I volunteered and sent their lawyers $10,750 to complete the work!
They almost did complete the work but than resigned because Carlos blamed them in his first affidavit that they did not notify him about the Annon case. Of course they did, so they were going to sue him and than he changed his affidavit.

Shortly, Carlos is a con artist, liar that let other people do his job and than blames them for everything that is going wrong.

So U disagree with you. He should be removed immediately because he is "Killing" the company.
