3rd part........about OVANOME

Stefan:
how many patients you still need to finilize the pre-clinical trial ?

Mr.Gabriel:
We have run about 160+ so far and we are looking at the data as I stated in an earlier press release and presentation at the NYSSA in New York City last week.

Stefan:
Whats the status about the FDA?

Mr.Gabriel:
we are meeting with the FDA sometime later this year. The date is dependent upon what they have to say to us.
The FDA is very interested in what we are doing. We presented at the Orlando ASCPT meeting earlier this year and I spent some time with the head of the pharmacogenomics division of the FDA and the NCI discussing our work.

Stefan:
but how are the reactions from the big pharma co's ? i mean they are seeing a product which can reduce their profits, right ?

Mr.Gabriel:
Well I think that they are thinking about it. If you consider that profits may be smaller but product life cycle will be longer (i.e. a product that is 95% efficacious in patients) will be used for a long time by doctors.
