I don't know. Would be much more transparent if this new company taking over the PVEC shell woul identify the contract partner. And still cannot figure out one reason how assuming the PVEC shell is preferable to a new S-1 registration./quote]


One traders "cannot figure out" is another traders FIGURED IT ALL OUT and the verdict is BIG BUSINESS here, IMO
