I suggest that everyone who likes this idea should call or write Dianne and say so.

Question to the board: if ELTP is bought out at, say, $4 PPS (but same question applies no matter the amount), does that mean that we investors have completely sold our shares?

If so, to get in on the future price appreciation of our ADTs, would we have to buy shares in the company that purchased ELTP?
