I think a little time. they have to get the roads done, the electric and grading all things to do before they can start putting up the houses (green, hoop) once they have all of that done, get the inspections done and start planting. But the exception will be a catalyst event and then it could really start going. I plan on taking this time to find cash to add, you see that first stock mentioned, I am not going to mention the ticker but it is trading over $100 right now, one more over $2 and 2 over $1. no reason for us not to be there and we will be... IMO
