I spoke to the Maricopa County Recorders office just now. The kind lady on the phone told me it can take up to 4 weeks for new documents to be posted on the recorders web page, and even for them to receive receipt of the transaction. I specifically asked for a transaction regarding Deed/Property transfers with JTB Real Estate(current owner of dispensary) in the month of May. She immediately told me that I will not be able to find any recorded documents for up to 4 weeks for any transactions in May.

This is kind of what I have assumed in the first place, we are more likely to receive a PR than to dig up county documents on the transaction itself. I will bug them again, possibly later today on anyway I might be able to get wind of recent transactions before they are posted.
