No roads, no Yellow, no financing secured for Effa, NO nothing...maybe the Chinese EB5 investors can take over project since American management having trouble with making any investor believe. PR had the story right all along. Effingham IDA must be scratching their heads, hiring staff with no income. Look what happened to MDNT staff...poof, gone. Investors need to unite.
