New VP Introduction to NMEX shareholders

I would like to introduce Northern Minerals and Exploration Ltd. listed on the OTCQB under the symbol - NMEX . Northern currently has outstanding 16,144, 484 shares with insiders holding just over 60%. Northern market cap is just under $1 Million.

Northern is a natural resource company focused on both domestic and international exploration and development projects. Northern is dedicated to building shareholder value through cash flow from oil and gas production in central Texas and exploration for gold and silver on the Winnemucca Mountain Property in Nevada.

The Company has just taken its first steps towards building shareholder value with the completion of the reworking two of the three wells on the Oil and gas Coleman County lease in central Texas. These two wells are set up for production awaiting the rework/recompletion of the third well on the lease.

We plan to rework/recomplete the third well on the lease in early June as soon as weather permit and then bring all three wells into production. All production facilities, including tank battery and gas flow lines are in place on the lease with funding in place to complete the work and bring these oil and gas wells into production.
