Attempting to hijack the narrative that has formed against you by issuing empty threats?

You have neither responded to, nor addressed any of the questions I have posed to you. Instead, you debase your position by trying to manipulate the members of this board with lowly threats. Which leads me to believe that you are THE frivolous lawsuit scam artist I know you to be.
If you answer ONE, JUST ONE question seriously out of the many I have posed, answer this one:
If you are indeed THE wronged party who controls 55% of the sharecount, WHY would you consider "settling" with BION for $300,000 if, (a) You have brought nothing in the form of tangible/intangible assets (machinery, equipment, capital, intellectual property) to the table short of a signature and an "alleged" stolen corporation shell? And (b) Are a person with high moral standards. Is the $300,000 you believe you are owed to cover the costs of the original incorporation, legal fees, what have you? Why would any reasonable person believe they are owed something in return for doing absolutely nothing, except create a shell, which you claim was hijacked.
And to further your agenda, you pressed us, in your earlier posts, the shareholders to press our CEO to settle with you.
The mind of the scam artist would hardy ponder that.
What am I thinking. You won't answer that. Because you can't.
I want everyone who reads this, to ponder that question. Am I owed something, for providing nothing? I mean really, toss it around.
