The Form D states the raise is open for one year. Since the filing the company has raised more funds. The JV has since put out a news release stating that they raised millions and that they anticipate the closing of the five million total raise by this summer.

BAYP will greatly benefit from this deal. What the exact deal is will be revealed in the audit and future news releases, quarterlies, BAYP website.

This month the audit, revenues, JV deal details, and much more news. I expect it this month. BAYP will vault above .02.
