goodplenty, not with the type of partnerships/collaborations PPHM will have.

It was/is the case with the old time suffocating partnerships where one BP takes over a small cap or other smaller pharma/biotech company. They would first place people at the top who will then top-down start to replace people.

In PPHM's negotiation with AbbVie there were 2 BoD seats (AbbVie wasn't doing an 100% acquisition) ready. But we all know it are the CEO and his team that hire and replace. At the most the BoD can put pressure and if they feel there pressure isn't responded too then in a number of cases they can change the CEO. However, our CEO is co-patent holder of the PS-Targeting patents and he and Dr. Brekken are both ex-Thrope students and friends.

So it isn't going to be that simple. CEO King know also who has been loyal, did good work and had the patients to stay and believe in the cause. If he is a man worth that name he'll fight for his people.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
