I forgot where in the docket I saw shareholders do not have to individually file. Let us all hope the Equity Committee works on behalf of all shareholders and the preceedings are not compromised by further fraudulent activities.

What you can do now is start researching bondholders, institutional shareholders and/or short sellers; past and present, Equity Committee members(past n present, the past bankruptcies they were involved in, the institions associated with this case and other bankruptcies, the trading records(including options) of all stakeholders and anything else that can be of use:
Allied Nevada filings, reported quotes of employees, asset evaluations or any other information viable that can help shareholders axe management and their advisors plans at unlawfully harming shareholders.
