This all happened because they're being sued. They were doing great before the announcement of the suit trading above $3 a share. Now look where they are. You do bad you get bad done back to you. They should have paid up to SDVI and this would have never happened IMO. I bet that this won't make it back over $1 a share before OCT. If not they'll be trading on the OTCBB right next to the company they screwed over, SDVI. DELISTED from the NASDAQ. This is just as bad as bad cops shooting innocent people and getting away with it. The ONLY way they'll remain on their current exchange is too do a R/S. And guess who gets burned? the shareholder. It'll continue to drop and like I said last year, this is a shorter's dream. SPDC will NEVER see $3 a share again. IMO.
